Shipping policy

We try to get your order out the door within 2 to 3 days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Please note:

• We are not responsible for packages once they have been shipped. Customers will be responsible for monitoring the tracking and processing claims with USPS for delayed, lost or damaged package.
• Please read our returns and refund policy before purchasing.
• If your order includes mugs, they will be shipped separately, as we partner with a third-party fulfillment company for mug orders. Standard shipping for mugs typically takes 2 to 9 business days.

U.S Flat Standard Shipping Fee (USPS Ground Advantage): $5.80. or FREE for orders over $75.

Once we have shipped your order, we will send you an email with shipping details and USPS tracking number. Follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order. 

Customs and Import Taxes

For international orders, please note that your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees once it arrives in your country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and aren’t included in the item price or shipping cost. Since every country’s rules are different, we recommend checking with your local customs office if you’re unsure about possible fees. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays or additional costs that may occur during customs processing.

Delivery times are estimates and begin on the date of shipment, rather than the date of the order.
